Rapport Digital was set up in early 2011 by Helen Harris and Jayne Smith.

 

Between them, these two directors offer around forty years of marketing knowhow and experience drawn from the marketing, software and digital sectors.From the start, Rapport Digital has flourished, delivering tangible results and increased sales to technology, communications and retail businesses, consultants and the service industry.

Helen says..

Helen has spent her career honing her direct and digital marketing techniques. Before founding Rapport Digital she was the Director of Partner Marketing Programmes for Alterian – the leader in customer engagement technology. She was responsible for the marketing strategy, from planning through to delivery both for Alterian and its partners. She was instrumental in its growth from a small business into the multinational company it is today.

Jayne says..

Jayne has worked her magic in sales and marketing for over twenty years. Her speciality is in the use of new technologies to build customer loyalty and grow the customer base. She also has extensive project management skills. For over a decade she helped some of the world’s largest marketing communications agencies to provide effective marketing solutions for their blue chip clients.
